The Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) will soon replace TADS, HISD’s current teacher evaluation system. This session is designed to provide useful information on T-TESS to help you be prepared for the upcoming school year. Participants will engage in activities that will help them:

• Understand the TTESS process.
• Learn how the domains, dimensions, descriptors, and performance levels of the T-TESS rubric apply to educators’ roles and responsibilities.
• Learn methods educators can use to properly document and maintain evidence.
