Consultation is the process that allows teachers and school employees to have a voice in decisions about our profession, including wages, benefits and working conditions.
Issues for Consultation
When you have a concern over the general policies or procedures in HISD, the HFT can take district-wide or campus-wide issues to our monthly consultation meetings with HISD Management. HFT has a Consultation Committee if you would like to be an active consultation participant.
